If it wasn’t ChatGPT, it’d be YouTube or Reddit or chat groups or a religious cult. Some people, I’m convinced, are simply ripe for delusional thinking. But maybe LLMs wouldn’t be quite so capable of spiraling people if the media and business worlds didn’t treat them with unearned legitimacy.

Who would’ve figured that this dude would dramatically expand the potential of pop music?
