Transfer from old switch to switch 2 was so dang easy. Afterwards fired it up and waited for my games to download. No extra steps, no hurdles. Nice job Nintendo.

Mario kart world is just pure chaotic fun. Got hit three times by items all because I was winning. One rave got hit, went back to 24th and still won. My daughter came in 1st a couple times on me but I would the circuits each time 🤣 need to refresh my drafting and boosting skills.

Switch 2 initial reactions. BoTW and TotK look fantastic with the upgrade. The internal display is gorgeous. The internal speakers are decent for what they are. Controllers feel smoother and much more responsive. Overall a great system so far. Still need to test the camera and a new game.

Going In Store paid off… they took my preorder made it into a bundle, ended up getting camera and memory card for free. Paid a little over $120 more of the switch price 2 to add the steering wheels, case, extra joy cons, and screen protector, camera, men card.The joy cons alone are $95.

Side by side comparison of just the feel. The sticks move much smoother and feel like they are better built overall. Heavier by a touch. The GR/GL buttons will take some adjusting to get used to,but feel overall natural on their location. Will have game play thoughts later as I try in a few games
