Decided to make Dutch beef croquettes today. First time using my Vitamix for anything other than smoothies. The way that thing shredded a 2 pound roast in, like, 40 seconds was astonishing. The process has never gone this quick!

My neighbor gave me a bird feeder she was no longer using. I stuck it on the window by the cat tree for them to enjoy. Today, the baby squirrel discovered it. Good times.
