It is _already_ a horribly expensive ordeal to immigrate and settle in the UK. Especially compared to, say, Germany. Making this worse serves nobody. It will have cost about £10,000 by the time my wife is a citizen here. Increasingly, we wonder why the fuck we stayed here.

Why would a 3rd-party Amazon seller try to accuse me of damaging the item and expecting me to post it back at my cost, when they know full well Amazon's own chat will fully refund me in a matter of seconds? Like what are you doing here, I am obviously going to go around you if you're a dick
