Almost nothing Trump has done has been within the law. Miller’s ignorance of the law is irrelevant. They’ll trample habeas corpus & make us sue them. Maybe the courts hold (for the most part they have), but arbitrary imprisonment will be the order of the day unless and until we can reverse it.
