The vitriol on X is almost unbearable. I go there now just to fact check posts and attempt to counter the misinformation. I don't think that anyone actually reads what I write there, but, in a small way, it makes me feel a little better.

Looking out my study window. There's a breeze rustling the new leaves. The onion that I planted from my kitchen has lots of new growth. My dogs are waiting patiently for a walk, and I am fortunate to be healthy enough to take them. I can't let the divisiveness on X and in the news distract me.
