When He touched an unclean leper and made him whole (Matt. 8:3), instead of bringing us closer in His direction, God brought us closer to Him by moving in our direction. He came down, personally, to us.

Forgiven-restored sinners project exactly the image that God would wish His universe to see.

We may have been barred from Eden, but He intends to bring us back.

Think of the horror of human beings dying because those placed in charge of the means of relief proved unfaithful to their trust. It is difficult to realize that man could be guilty of so terrible a sin.

New from the Waddle Street Journal…🤣🤣🤣

I like weighing the positives and the negatives of a given topic and then making a decision. In politics there is no weighing. You pick a side and then stick to it, even if your rationale is absurd.

This puts a twist on the Signalgate chat scandal. Apparently, the foolishness of it is only the beginning of the national security issues. jacobin.com/2025/03/yeme...

The COVID "revisionists" claim that all policies aimed at curbing the spread of the virus—stay-at-home orders, school closures, mask mandates, etc.—were not only useless but harmful. That view is prevalent in right-wing and “heterodox” circles. The evidence does not support it.

The path to heaven is no smoother now than it was in the days of Jesus.

Where is God when there is suffering? If God is good, why is there so much evil? When all our attempts at answers fail to satisfy, we can look to Jesus on the cross and see in Him that God can be trusted, even with all the questions that remain unanswered for now.

"If any of you wants to be my follower [Jesus is speaking], you must give up your own way, take up your cross, and follow me. If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake and for the sake of the Good News, you will save it” (Mark 8:34-35, NLT).

He knows exactly what you need even before you ask Him! Matthew 6:8

We need God for everything, but God needs nothing, “and human hands can’t serve his needs—for he has no needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need.” Acts 17:25

The great original lie told to Eve in Eden was, “You shall not surely die.” It was the first sermon ever preached on the immortality of the soul and was so successful, it has made even church people receive it as truth, with ministers preaching it, singing it, and praying it.

An eternally burning hell does injustice to the benevolent character of God. It presents Him as the greatest tyrant in the universe.

One of our supporters shared this with us—people are getting creative tonight!

Salvation is like the sunshine. It belongs to the world.

I have no problem with making America great again; but will she be good also? That’s the question.

I just saw an obituary headline for a bacteriologist described as “a giant in his field” and I’m like of course have you seen how small bacteria are?

Our heavenly Father has a thousand ways to provide for us of which we know nothing. Those who accept the one principle of making the service of God supreme, will find perplexities vanish and a plain path before their feet. – MH 481

The strongest evidence of man’s fall from a higher state is the fact that it costs so much to return.
