#update to my update: My professor was very understanding after I explained I am accustomed to just putting headphones on for homework/studying as it helps me concentrate (they’re noise cancelling) and stated to just not do it again. Understood!!!! Yay it all works out <3

#update: everything worked out and it was a productive but hard conversation!! Bad news: I wear headphones while studying or doing homework because it just helps me concentrate 😓 I forgot that one of my professors is a big hater of headphones during exams and just scheduled me to meet with her🫠
