Went to a fishfarm and got to pet fish. These little guys eat the algae off the farm and are rewarded with cooked rice and pats.

This doggo fell madly in love with me and wouldn't let go for almost 2 minutes. 😍 (Also leg and arm reveal I guess)

Huh, didn't know elephants eat living cats. Or are these Alfephants?

youtu.be/KfFEeulS4Ls a Wild curihistory post appeared! now we explore the history of the Braganza family, originally Queens and Kings of Portugal that first took over Brazil and then formed their colony into an independent Empire!

Amidst my busy schedule the wild Curihistory episode appeared! Check out how the Yarubids Dynasty of Oman fought off the colonizer and on the process, Turn colonizer themselves! also like+subscribe as it will help support our little channel to grow! :D www.youtube.com/watch?v=70RL...

Colonialism is often linked to the political west and indeed most colonial empires originated there. Not all however, as for example the Imam's of Oman did their share of colonialism as well. Learn more in our latest episode! #History #Youtubers #Oman youtu.be/70RL2Hv4z0U

Wait Rick Moranis is actually coming back for Spaceballs 2?! Ok, I'm sold! (Pls don't suck!)

A week after Eid, but close enough hopefully, this next episode is going to dive into a fascinating Muslim dynasty. This is will also be our first episode this season set in the Early Modern period (and thus playlist if you like to use them!) #History #Youtubers

I hope enough time has passed that I don't spoil anyone but I need to say it: Four letters, one word! Ugh ugh .... CHOP! πŸ–οΈ Congrats to the new WHC! #WWE

While Mesopotamia, Celts and Meso-America were higher on my wish list, I'm still stoked for the next Age of Mythology pantheon, the Japanese.

Honestly, nothing that got me super stoked this SGF. A lot of games looked like either Dark Souls or Genshin Impact. The trend of just doing Mario Kart or Mario Party with other franchises is also not my cup of tea. Some of the announced sequels looked interesting at least. #SummerGameFest

Anyone else looking forward to Summer Game Fest? (even if I don't like Geoff Keighley all that much. Guy feels a bit too corporate for my taste)

Happy Eid to my Muslim friends!

So sad that America's fascist dad couple is breaking up in Pride Month. πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ And who will take care of little JD? Nobody wants that custody. 😭

Welp, reddit is down. Seems I can be productive again for one evening.

You know, I could probably fill this entire show just talking about Roman Emperors. I won't, but every once in a while I'll indulge myself: #history #youtubers #Croatia www.youtube.com/watch?v=wy7A...

It do be like that. πŸ˜”πŸ‘“πŸ€

Yesterday was Ascension Day so here's a teaser for episode 5 of season 2. Something with Christians again... and who is the guy in the front? #history #youtubers

Played Enderal and had a chance meeting with an old friend! #GODZILLA

I know I am late to the party, but I am currently playing through Enderal, a Skyrim total conversion mod and I am blown away by how good it is. The gameplay feels like a mix between TES and Gothic and the writing for the quests is on point! On top it's fully voice acted too!

Went to an AnimeCon last Saturday. They had a dude giving a presentation on Kaiju/Godzilla and it felt nice to IRL nerd with somebody about this for once. I just know way to little that are true Kaiju enjoyers (though at least people I watch with appreciate big monster fights)

Volunteers with the #StopKillingGames campaign performed some data analysis on online-only games, and discovered that ~70% of games that REQUIRE an Internet connection are DESTROYED: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GV2b... See the list here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets... And remember to sign the ECI!

I saw this and just need to share it. πŸ˜‚ #Romania

Exit polls looking really good in Romania. Just like Moldova, disaster was averted last minute. I just wish it wasn't always this close lately. Still, good job! #Romania

Bom dia e bem-vindo! In today's episode we are going to Brazil! Time to learn about four of the members of the Braganza Dynasty! #history #youtubers #Brazil www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfFE...

How I feel after my last work week. Also a teaser for the next Episode releasing this Sunday (18th of May)! #history #youtubers

Here is something new: I took this picture on a vacation to a city, which will prominently appear in the next episode of Curihistory. Do you know the place? Then you got your first hint for our next topic! Another teaser will follow on Friday. Stay tuned!

Alert, alert! I'd like to say that we are still looking for help with Undertale: Heaven's Prism! If you can: -code (ESPECIALLY) -make art -make music -voice act Please contact me or any of the team!

This had me crying with laughter, it's so dumb #thesoulstillburns

@fearless-angel.bsky.social Appreciate the shout out! I'll be ready for any yapping requests! πŸ€“πŸ‘

I didn't expect a pope to be Murican in my life time. πŸ‘€

Let's see if we get our first East-Asian pope. πŸ‘€

It's been a while #promosky Everyone enjoying season 2 of our show so far? Any feedback is welcome, as comments or DMs. Of course I also always appreciate a follow! Have a lovely day!

Had a stressful day so far but reading that #FriedrichMerz failed to get voted chancellor did put a smile on my face. I assume he will get it in the next round, but that must have hurt the ego.

The study of Indo-Roman trade has really expanded (🫢) in the last two decades. And Rebecca Darley has a great historiographical essay on this field expansion in JRS: β€œIndian Ocean Trade in the First Millennium C.E.”. Definitely a great comps list addition for many. www.cambridge.org/core/journal...

Have you ever imagined what could have happened if the Ancient Chinese and Roman Empire actually came into contact. Here's one possible attempt made by Ban Chao, an Ancient Chinese governor. Find out about him more in the clip! youtu.be/LErDOGmHfkQ
