Soooo much greatness !

The epitome of this administration - cruel, lazy, inept and incompetent. 👇

It’s a case of rubber meets the road- the reality of governing is much harder than bombastic claims. There are now enough Reform run councils to scrutinise and hold to the account. Whether Farage in particular is held to account or allowed to obfuscate is up to the media but also local residents.

Are we so shallow a country that we’re more interested in the adolescent spat between Donald Trump, Elon Musk and Stephen Miller Rather than the massive damage they’re causing Including potentially killing 50,000 Americans per year with the Trump disgusting abomination bill Trumps Bill Will Kill

This seems like a great day to remind Bluesky that Stephen Miller lived four doors down from me freshman year And our student council person asked him (and everyone) to sign a birthday card for our dorm’s janitor And he threw a tantrum and wrote an op-ed about not socializing with “the help.”

I'm just glad one of these men has the nuclear codes and the other has all our personal data.

Happy Musk vs Trump day for all those celebrating.

We need details on this.

"Muzzle velocity for corruption” - was a pleasure to take to the brilliant @amywestervelt.bsky.social about cryptocurrency, techno-fascism and how many in Trump's orbit are now looking at Britain. Full interview up on Democracy for Sale: democracyforsale.substack.com/p/the-us-rig...

Jon Stewart is a legend & the way this show is trying to explain to a mainstream audience the gravity what is happening in the US is amazing. It was both thrilling & terrifying to be part of it. Thank you @TheDailyShow 👏 www.youtube.com/watch?v=vG7C...

Kathryn Schulz is one of my favorite human beings on this planet -- the kind of human being I wish we had many more of -- and her discussion with @ezrakleinbot.bsky.social is predictably lovely. I promise this is worth your time:

A terrifying read about Palantir. Why is Wes Streeting pushing so hard for them to hold your private healthcare data? open.substack.com/pub/the307/p...

Around 300 billboards were placed across Arizona, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida by a nonprofit labor advocacy organization seeking to bring attention to staffing cuts brought on by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency.

Chris Murphy on Joni Ernst: "I think everybody in that audience knows they're going to die, they would just rather die in old age at 85 or 90 instead of dying at 40. And the reality is that when you lose your healthcare, you are much more at risk of early death."

A Palantir database on all Americans is a frightening step towards fascism. Musk gets a lot of attention—rightfully so—but Peter Thiel is the techno-fascist billionaire hiding behind the scenes pulling the strings to end democracy. Thiel and his techno-fascist followers are threats to the world.

It appears DOGE is passing to billionaire Peter Thiel Palantir has received $113M+ in gov funds & a new $795M DoD contract. Their surveillance software is being used & could compile all our personal data into 1 place with little oversight The threat is NOT gone It is growing. @altnps.bsky.social

Palantir has received more than $113 million in federal funds from Trump, including additional existing contracts with the DHS and the Pentagon. Defense also gave Palantir a $795 mm contract last week. Thanks to Palantir tech, Trump can finally get all that data. www.nytimes.com/2025/05/30/t...

Palantir’s federal data platform links millions of Americans’ sensitive records across agencies like IRS & Social Security, raising major privacy concerns. Critics warn it enables unprecedented surveillance, fueling legal battles, employee dissent. economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/interna...

Just in case context is needed into what Palantir the name comes from, it's here. These fascist fucks named it after a tool that was used for evil. And are creating a thing that will be used for evil. They aren't hiding that fact.

The Trump administration is working with private companies like Palantir to create detailed reports on every American, which could help them weaponize our personal information in their quest to deport immigrants and punish critics. This is a huge threat to our constitutional rights.

All the people complaining that the police have said the Liverpool driver was white British are the same people who made it necessary for the police to say he was white British.

"A private workshop took place on 11 March 2025 in Washington DC, hosted by the Heritage Foundation, to discuss proposals by European right-wing lobby groups to dismantle the European Union and the European Court of Justice."

AOC: Tom Homan said he was going to refer me to DOJ because I’m using my free speech rights in order to advise people of their constitutional protections… to that I say: Come for me… Do I look like I care? There’s nothing illegal about it and if they want to make it illegal, they can come take me.

Labour's biggest issue is neither being too socially conserative or not socially conservative enough. It's cuts. People have had enough.

Labour is handing this country on a silver platter to Reform. People do not vote Labour because they hate immigrants and want Reform-lite. They vote Labour because they want it to make a positive difference to their lives.

I spoke with UN Secretary-General António Guterres today. In this time of rising conflict, Canada is ready to lead. We will build coalitions, defend democracy, and stand up for our values on the world stage. As others step back from global leadership, Canada is stepping up.

To everyone shouting “no one is above the law” referring to that Milwaukee judge: We have a criminal in the White House. A guy who’s proven to be utterly lawless. And you’re perfectly fine with that. So take your “no one is above the law” bullshit and shove it up your ass.
