okay, so. i have bipolar disorder. we have a suicide rate of about 1/5. i've basically spent my entire teenage and adult life trying not to kill myself. so with that in mind, here are my tips on how to hang in there: 1) don't isolate. i know all the excuses. but don't do it

The thoughts going through my mind today are all related to "what now?" The government as we know it will be gone in 2 months. We have 2 months to prepare, mitigate, protect. What will be kept, what will be destroyed? What can do to mitigate and protect ourselves?
