Sometimes I wish my moms mouth would stop working. She says the most awful things and thinks it’s ok. So mean for no reason. Why do I stick around?

Here’s a love note to my local library, the Coral Reef Branch. They had free tutoring and story time for my son. Movies that we borrowed and WiFi I used for work. It was so much more than a place with books. It is a lovely friendly cool respite from the out side. #mdpls

My mom bought some gifts for a little girl. What she thought was a cute stuffed animal for a little girl turned out to be a pet toy. It even had a sticker that said “bite here” on the tummy. Really kinda wordless right now.

My son just graduated from college. I’m amazed at all he’s achieved. It’s quite the journey to watch your little one go from figuring out how to walk to finishing his degree. Im proud of you my boy!

After 6 months of broken soap dispensers in the ladies room and no fixes from building management, I bought 2 foaming dispensers and the soap to refill them. It seems nuts to not have soap for hand washing. To my surprise one week in and the broken dispensers have been fixed. Did I shame them? Yes!

My dad just passed away. We had not spoken in a while. I went to the service to support my sister. I was quite shocked at his body. In my memory he loomed so large and what was left was so small and frail. I’m still processing all of it . At any rate, happy trails Dad. Let someone else drive.
