As of today, May 15, 2025, the following Provinces have agreed to and/or working towards agreements to drop interprovincial trade barriers in #Canada: Nova Scotia New Brunswick Prince Edward Island Ontario Manitoba Newfoundland & Labrador I will update as I see more info online.

i feel like i've said this before, but an important detail i don't think many people consider about voluntary or involuntary care for mental health or addiction is that it's not that easy to put a pause on your life to seek or be in care. we are societally not set up for it.

Finally finishing my degree next month and just found out I was selected to receive another scholarship (that's 2 years in a row). So thankful to the donors, and to the committee that selected me. Also can't believe I'm almost done!!!
