The fact that I see Tomato Pasta and a Hims commercial over and over while watching World’s Greatest Dogs on Disney+ with my daughter is absurd. You either have to figure out the targeting, or have limits on frequency. Ads are ok, frequency is badly tuned, targeting is just horrible. Figure it out
