I made grilled chicken sandos again. Tonight's sides were some watermelon spears and an elote salad recipeni found online. So good. I've missed cooking like this.

I finally made a quick cucumber salad. I don't know why I put it off for so long. Simple to make and really tasty for the low effort. I didn't have rice vinegar so I used apple cider vinegar. It was super tasty. Curious about how the flavor would change with the correct vinegar.
