Trump delays 50% EU tariffs. It’s the latest instance of Trump declaring a tariff, throwing markets into confusion, only to later walk it back. He's completely unreliable, and I'd bet that his buddies are making a fortune -- buying stock when Trump tanks the market and selling when he pulls back.
