Saw this on Twitter. First 3 were my favourite and I actually think by the time Johto rocked around Ash, Brock and Misty had really hit their groove. Orange Islands is underrated but Brock's presence is missed. Obviously as an OG viewer I am biased towards the early stuff. Anybody any thoughts?

We could have had 6 weeks of discussion around Ironheart, growing to like the journey and follow the characters. But no, they're dropping 3 episodes today and 3 on 01 July. Confining this show to an afterthought disjointed solo binge with zero chatter. Despicable.

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door still holds up from playing it as a child back in 2005. A game that made the world of Mario come more alive than it ever had before for me. Put so many hours into this all those years ago and it's bringing me just as much joy replaying the remake.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. I remembered why I loved this game back as a wee kid in 2004. Not afraid to push the boundaries of a "children's game". Not afraid to take Mario to deeper places, to be serious, or sad. What a game.

Had a look at some of the Switch 2 accessories there and it really is a racket. 75 quid for a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, and 75 quid for a new set of Joycons is crazy. Even crazier is they're selling joycons separately, and at £41, which means you're paying 7 quid more per joycon.

Planned to rewatch Dr Who this summer but realised I've rewatched series 1-4 so many times, & even Matt Smith's era a bunch. Never rewatched Capaldi. Having finished series 8, unfortunately a lot of duds but when they're good they're GOOD. Dark Water & Death In Heaven phenomenal

There are precisely two seminal gaming moments I hold above all others. The first is Super Mario Sunshine on the Gamecube on Christmas 2002. The 2nd is booting up Breath of the Wild in March 2017. I wasn't a Zelda fan, but exploring the hills of Hyrule was magical. Now 8 years later, we do it again

I finished Fairy Tail 2. I have mixed opinions on this one, but I didn't hate it. I remember playing the first game during the start of COVID and being really pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The sequel is a downgrade unfortunately due to things like the actionification of the turn-based.
