Please help. Thank you 🙏🏻

You know you're old when... you share an article with your class about Hal Johnson and play a Bodybreak video, and they've never heard of him. Despite that, they were inspired by his story. #CanadianBlackHistory #BlackHistoryMonth

I just stepped outside, and when I looked at our Christmas decorations and lights that are now off, I thought back to 2020 when everyone turned their lights back on to bring some joy during that period of unknowns.

Toby has an appointment tomorrow, and he and Joannie could really use some help to cover the costs of his exam and medication. Please help if you can and/or repost. Thank you! gofund.me/5a98a7fc

Please share this photo. People need to understand deeply what is happening Canadian leader cavorts with foreign leader with expressed intentions of annexing our country. and the main Canadian traitor aiming to accomplish this.

I wish it weren't necessary to keep writing about this. But it is. www.surreynowleader.com/opinion/anal...

I am a Canadian journalist. I am proud to write for Canada’s oldest continuously published daily newspaper. I am also on Canadian radio. I began my career in my 20s, & I’m now 61. I am experienced. And I stand by this story: www.thewhig.com/opinion/extr...

Busy day today! Built my son's gaming chair, baked linzer cookies (for the first time), and made Christmas dinner for our little family and FIL. I hope whatever your day looked like it was a peaceful one.

Christmas, Hanukkah, winter solstice, Kwanzaa, or just a few days off, I wish you well. For those working through the festivities, thank you for all you do. If you're struggling this holiday season, I see you. Take care, everyone, and stay safe!

A successful day! Gingerbread, shortbread, and snowball cookies made today. Hoping to whip up a batch of Pizzelle tomorrow.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't cure a disease by pretending it doesn't exist.

Please help through a donation or repost. x.com/CanadianJoan...

Please help if you can. Every little bit will help get Toby the care he needs. Reposts help, too! www.gofundme.com/f/fehkr8-tob...

Played volleyball today (first time since I don't know when) while #SaltingTheVibe. It's easy. The masking part anyway. Serving, too. Don't ask about the rest. 🤭 All in good fun and a great way to help our intermediates raise donations to help unhoused youth.

Every day I am going to post this (permission from Del Shilling). Will you join me? Over 5700+ Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls #MMIWG #cdnpoli

#SaltingTheVibe while doing a little black Friday shopping. Santa Claus is coming to town. Keep him and your community safe.

Every news, govt, & public health org told everyone to ‘you do you’ and not care abt others…so maybe this is not surprising? We are teaching kids that you don’t have to care abt others. If killing & disabling someone is acceptable, why wouldn’t rudeness be acceptable?

The people you see masking are the ones who: * care * are paying attention * know there’s a better way We understand what’s happening and we reject it Masking is an act of compassionate defiance

It would be fantastic if public health could do its job to keep people informed. Read a post on Fb in a teachers group. They wouldn't even use the word covid. The teacher is looking for books on hand washing!! 🤬 yes. Wash your damn hands. BUT these viruses, covid or otherwise, are airborne.
