Lilo & Stitch has been out for 2 weeks. It cost £100m to make. Box Office so far £468m Mission Impossible 8 has been out almost as long. Cost £400m. Taken £239m. Original M.I. came out 29 years ago. Cost then £80m. So far its made £457m. £11m less than Lilo & Stitch has taken in 2 weeks.

@rachelburden.bsky.social So, the Pirates came 4th this season. Which is fair given we lost 8 games. But the exciting thing for Championship Rugby is how close 3 4 5 & 6 were to each other. Then we've got Worcester coming back next season. Should be exciting.

Peter David has passed. Some absolute towering achievements in comics - if you've never read his "Hulk" stuff it really is as good as it gets. His interactions with fans at his website in earlier years were a joy. Sometimes fiery, sometimes passionate, always engaged. So sad he's gone.
