Apparently, the “No Kings” rally in St Paul was cancelled due to the assassination of a state legislator. Consequently only about 50,000 people showed up.

@50501movement.bsky.social Just attended the 50501 rally at the statehouse in St Paul. A word to the wise: 1. Fewer speeches 2. Shorter speeches 3. Better speeches 4. Translation into Spanish is great. But the speeches need to be half as long. A March is way better than a rally with speeches
