It is utterly ridiculous how fragmented and limited parental control tools are. And the response you get asking on forums is appalling: "just talk to your kid" "be a parent" etc. etc. Let me be exceptionally clear to the "just be a parent" crowd: you have *no idea* what an ODD kid needs.
