MrsB and myself eat hazel nuts, pistachio nuts and almonds. Most of these come from Iran. I think the west should just stop trying to destroy a 6000 year old civilisation and stop supporting a 70 year old genocidal occupation. Real people live in Iran, they grow and harvest very tasty nuts.

When putting on my UV protection whilst out cross country walking I accidently knocked my prosthetic nose off. I didn't notice until 2 miles later so I had to retrace my steps and hope the local tractors hadn't squished it. They hadn't. Still extra exercise has to be good.

Ask the rich and/or powerful what the opposite of suffering is and they will probably say pleasure. Ask an ordinary person what the opposite of suffering is and they will always say, not suffering. Too many ordinary people all over the world are suffering.
