I believe the death penalty should be for murdererd AND rapists, because ruined lives are truly another form of death. A diminished existence in an endless nightmare that sometimes leads to perpetual therapy or suicide. Adult and child victims alike. Half alive.😓 www.ctvnews.ca/canada/artic...
