So, the #Bluejays currently don't have a 5th starter (Scherzer is on the IL). Today, in their bullpen day, they had 5 pitchers toss in the game, and the only Texas batter that got a hit was the first batter, in the top of the 1st (Josh Smith). One of the closest no hitters for the Jays.

I’m begging the Jays offensive coaches. Spend all of your time working on fastballs. It’s obvious that we can’t hit them and every team is exploiting it. I know they probably are already, but ffs, this is brutal.

The one benefit to this Rangers/Bluejays series is that the Jays bullpen will be well-rested. Pitching has been great. But, the offence has been absolutely absent, luckily for both teams. It’s been a brutal series.
