So. I guess the biggest complaint about Dave Filoni is that he puts too many Star Wars things into his (checks notes) Star Wars stories. The internet has killed rational thought.

HYPOTHETICAL: Disney announce they are mothballing Star Wars for the foreseeable future. Do you still keep your Disney+ subscription? #StarWars #Lucasfilm #Disney

What would be the fallout from independent and minor part voters if the teals formed a coalition with the Liberals? Would you still support them or would they have sold out? #auspol

I don’t know. I reckon George Lucas would be fully into the opportunities AI presents to film-making.

“Star Wars was at its peak when I was a 12 year old impressionable kid, coincidentally.” - Star Wars Fans

Did the author of this article actually watch the TED or was he already writing the inflammatory headline in his head. Breddow clearly states several times that the movie was created quickly by a single artist as a proof of concept. www.pcgamer.com/gaming-indus...

The #Andor saga is told with a growing sense of urgency. While the first season is told over a year, the second begins to pick up the pace, telling the next 4 years over separate set pieces. Finally, R1 builds to an even faster pace while handing over to a larger story. #StarWars

Whatever your thoughts on Disney’s handling of Star Wars, the fact that Murdoch missed the boat will always make me happy. www.deseret.com/entertainmen...

An excellent article about Kathleen Kennedy. She has had one of the most difficult tasks in modern cinema: oversee the transition of a beloved franchise from its legendary creator to a new corporate owner. www.indiewire.com/features/com...

What if the final scene in Andor is actually Cassian’s daydream of what his life with Bix will be once the fight is over? #AndorSpoiler

I am no fan of Sussan Ley but her selection as Liberal leader is a positive step for conservative politics in Australia. The dominant right will be looking to take back control soon enough. Beware. #auspol

The Clean Energy Act was bad policy. While it may have been ideologically sound, the legislation was too complex and was vulnerable to populist attacks from a rabid opposition. Failure to account for the precarious nature of the parliament through which it passed was its ultimate doom. #Auspol

I feel like there hasn’t been enough opinions about what Labor should do with its majority. #Auspol

Releasing our submission to the Annual Wage Review, calling for a responsible real wage increase for three million Australian workers on awards, with Senator Anthony Chisholm, Ali France, Emma Comer and Corinne Mulholland. #auspol #qldpol

While I share similar values to The Greens Party, I find their prioritisation of ideological purity over actual workable policy to be fundamentally opposed to the idea of progression. #auspol

Whether you like her or dislike her, understand that without Kathleen Kennedy: Tony Gilroy would never have signed on for a Star War. Disney would never have funded an obscenely expensive Star Wars political thriller series aimed at adults. Without Kennedy there is no Andor.

I love that episode 10 of Andor is this highly intense covert infiltration within a very Star Wars cantina hospital. Also, Kleya is her.

Disney ruined Star Wars. We could have had 12 zany seasons of Star Wars Angry Birds AND Star Wars Detours. Instead, all we got is 2 incredible seasons of Andor.

There is a definite shift in tone between Andor and Rogue One. I’ve found it less jarring by watching Rogue One at least a day after watching the final episodes of Andor. Alternatively, for future rewatches, I’d recommend watching Rogue One first. Andor already assumes familiarity with the film.

Dedra Meero knows she can step on a hot floor to end it. Her will to survive is too strong. She hates herself for her cowardice and spends the remainder of the civil war tormented by what she has done. Specifically citing Ghorman, the New Republic executes Meero as a war criminal in 7ABY. #Andor

Listened to a couple of podcasts about Andor outside the Star Wars fandom. They all devote as much time to tearing down the rest of the franchise as they do praising Andor. No thanks.
