I was on hold last week with #SocialSecurity for 3 hours. Right now, I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours. Still haven’t gotten thru. What happened to customer service #SocialSecurity? I’ve heard their staffing is at a 50 year low. It’s not like I can take my business elsewhere. Anybody else?
