@schumer.senate.gov , Senator Schumer is a diligent, smart guy. But his inability to avoid being rolled is troublesome. The Senate returns another long holiday on Monday March 24. If the Senate is still functioning on unanimous consent on Tuesday, that is compelling evidence that he is out of ideas.

Legislators almost always choose waiting over deciding. In the case of Schumer, I fear he is a classic parliamentarian, rather than a political leader. To know for at least a month that the choice he had to make was binary, with both choices being bad, and still fail to be creative is a failure.
