@arseblog.com 33 years I spent in Newcastle from 1986 . Geordies didnt really make a fuss . This year more texts and ribbing as they won thrice . So far this evening not a peep , nada , not a sausage from any of them . Btw I was front and central for that Berkamp goal.

@helenzaltzman.bsky.social So the debate re toe socks was fascinating. I loved the hear change from 1 to all out war . In the same way I would point out most microbiologists use liquid soap, I don't know a single podiatrist who would wear those socks .

Upset this morning to hear Jill Souble died . I remember how excited she was when walking through a recording studio she bumped into Davy Jones and he complimented her on her work . Used to regularly play , especially her live album , to mates .
