Nope. No reason whatsoever for anyone to fall for this. He's the largest political donor in US history and will continue to be, and as a sociopath the odds that he'll give up the tremendous political power he now has are nil. Don't fall for this preposterous image makeover media is helping him with.

I wish journalists would stop framing political news as wins or losses for politicians or political parties. It’s an abrogation of our mission. Why do we keep doing this? Is the spending bill a win or loss for the American people? Who does it help? Who does it hurt? Is it sound policy? Fiscally?

Speaker Pro Tempore: You are to direct your comments to the chair. Jeffries: You know what's interesting? Every time I come on this floor, I can use sharp language, he can use sharp language, you choose to admonish me. I don't work for you sir. I work for the American people.

We will not win the battle for democracy if those in the pro-democracy movement prize caution over taking risks. We cannot permit ourselves to be deterred by the inevitable defeats and public criticism that are inevitable along the long path of restoring democracy.

Reminder: the Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen posts are just to distract from the Qatari "gift" or the fact that he's trying to rip Medicare and Medicaid from millions of Americans right now.

EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Dan Goldman demands AG Pam Bondi come clean on if she is covering up the release of the Epstein Files to protect Donald Trump. In a blistering letter, Goldman demands answers on the unexplained delay.

The president has covered the Oval Office in gold, is planning a massive military parade for his birthday, and is now accepting $400,000,000 luxury planes from foreign powers as personal presents. What the fuck are we doing here?

Trump will be out of office one day, one way or another, so I'd like to remind everyone who's breaking laws on the assumption that Trump will always be there to protect them and pardon them that the reckoning will come for them all eventually. Sort of a Final Destination film, but with prison time.

“And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust…shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.” — what was once the Constitution of the United States, Article One, Section 9

"Unnerved observers say Trump, Musk, and their allies are already well along toward their increasingly obvious goal: Compiling agency information on everyone everywhere into a single, easily searchable database."

Dear Historians of the Future: you’re asking how this could’ve happened again in 2024?
