I'm really bad at the whole sharing progress thing, and its not a social anxiety thing, or a fear of being judged thing, it's a #gamedev is too much fun thing. I keep planning out a devlog or a post on bluesky, I get out the project to record or screenshot, and suddenly 15 new features are done.

I think more left leaning people need to take up art, not because we need more art but because so many of them focus on arguing about what the finished canvas should look like and almost none of them discuss the individual brush strokes we need to get there.
