Staff who are being terminated from the National Endowment for the Humanities this coming week received their last full paycheck this weekend. A reminder that appropriations for full staff salaries were made through September 30, 2025. Terminating us now was never necessary, just cruel. #NEH

Okay, so Trump may win the birthright citizenship case before the SCOTUS. Trump's attorneys did not argue for or against the actual EO but are arguing for not allowing lower courts to apply such rulings broadly, and can only apply them in individual cases.
