I really enjoyed Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, but I still feel that the Gamecube Zelda games (Windwaker and Twilight Princess) were the best Zelda games. I've played both these games on my PC, and they're fun but it's not the same as playing them on my TV

I'm turning 50 later this month and thinking about the fact that life is just short. I've also been thinking about all the things I've never done and the things I'll never do again. I finished a Half Life series playthrough recently and wondered "Have I played Half Life 2 for the last time?"

My wife and I are watching the #SNL50 special and I just realized that I've never heard Kim Kardashian's voice until right now

@gearboxofficial.bsky.social any chance of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands headed to the Switch? If it runs as well as BL3 on that platform I'd pick it up for sure. I personally prefer playing on a PC where I love playing Wonderlands, but the Switch is great for dad gaming time.

My wife got me a copy of City of Six Moons for Christmas - it's a card game written in an alien language played by said aliens. I picked it up tonight and I'm at the point where I can put tokens on the board and I feel like maybe this is how it's supposed to go...?

I beat Half Life 2 today for the first time in well over a decade. I can't help but notice it has aged *extremely* well. You can look at individual elements and say "yeah, that's a 20-year old game" but taken as a whole this game is still one of the most complete gaming experiences I've ever had.

I'm looking at the Steam sale and thinking about all the games I'd love to play if I had the time

I'm watching the new Nate Bargatze special on Netflix right now and all I can think of is how much the sound of his voice reminds me of the Grateful Dead's vocals in 1973-1974

I'm watching Die Hard with my wife. It's the first time I've seen this movie in maybe 25 years and I cannot help but think that this movie inspired a generation of action games

Hungry Hungry Hippos

My daughter has been watching the Descendants movies non-stop lately. While I'm glad we've moved on from Dora I'm just feeling...Descended. But! I'm watching these people in their outlandish outfits and angsty backstories and I'm thinking...maybe she'd like Final Fantasy X-2...?

I will not be playing Intergalactic on the PS5 because I do not own a PS5.

My six-year-old daughter and I were playing a game on Dolphin this weekend and I was explaining to her what save-states are and how they work. She was all over that and wrote me a note so I wouldn't forget...❤️

I feel like demoing guitar tones on YouTube doesn't work if you're getting all the sound from your smartphone camera

Here's the problem I have with The Witcher 4: There's no way I'm ever gonna have time to play this game.
