I've made rose water, an alcohol extract, and a glycerin extract of rose flowers, but the rose bushes keep blooming, so now I'm collecting the rose petals to make a dye for fabric. Then I'm gonna dye some stuff! Ngl, I'm kinda into this whole forage/process thing.

I always forget to put on sunscreen unless I'm heading into the woods, so to protect my skin from my forgetful brain and the sun, I use my Mega Antioxidant Lotion as my body moisturizer during the summer. While antioxidants are NOT a sunscreen, they do help prevent skin damage from UV by 1/

My 75 year old aunt was complaining about how bad google searches suck with the ai, so I told her about the hack where if you add a swear word to the query it will not give ai results. She just messaged me, just delighted that she gets to add the word fuck to every search. She's having a blast haha

My roses are blooming, so I'm taking advantage of it and making rose water! These roses have never had pesticide applied to them, so they are safe for this purpose. First, I pick the roses and pull off the petals. I put them in a mason jar and pour boiling water over them. I let it cool, then 1/

My calendula flowers are dry, so now it's time to infuse them into some aloe butter. First I melt the butter, then I grind up the flowers until they are a powder to increase surface area for infusion, and then the two go into the infuser for 5h. 1/
