The numbers are in: Republicans' plan to cut $880 BILLION from Medicaid would reduce coverage for 8.6 million Americans and leave 3.9 million Americans uninsured. That's not getting rid of "waste and fraud." It's ripping health care away from Americans, and it's downright evil.
