I've written in the past about how much I hate most code screens, but I am curious what good experiences people have had with them? The ones I've actually felt most positive about were whiteboarding with pseudo code instead of in a shared IDE etc. since it relieves the syntactic pressure.

Every time I learn something new about floating point too. I could cure fish with the amount of salt.

Just to be clear, this is a violation of the fundamental ethical principle in clinical trial design called "equipoise." Equipoise means that no-one is exposed to excess risk just to test the therapy. That's specifically *why* vaccine trials don't use placebo arms. Ethical violation as POLICY.

If your company has funds to donate, this is a fabulous org that supports oss projects and gives students hands-on sys admin / open source training. I 💖 the OSUOSL and hope they’re able to raise the money to continue.
