Trump just asked the Supreme Court to halt a judicial order blocking mass job cuts & the restructuring of agencies. What Trump is really asking is for the SC to dismiss Congress altogether as the branch of gov't that is solely responsible for restructuring US gov't agencies. That's the real story.
