Great. I ran my fastest ever 30km today. Not so great. It's the only 30km I've ever run. Terrible. I'm supposed to be doing a Marathon in 4 weeks. (Also fastest half, and 20km ever but I was dead on my feet after 16 miles). Need a slower start!

Notes from an older autistic. Autistic Awareness/ Acceptance month has very little impact beyond parents and adjacents or institutional virtue signaling and ABA on the dead bird app. It doesn't make a difference in real life. It's nice here though.
