I have been thinking about this for 10 to 15 years now. We should work and campaignon LOCAL clean air, clean water, not GLOBAL warming / climate change. #airpollution kills 7 to 8 million people per year. Mostly fossil fuels and inefficient wood burning.

Yes. By all mean ! Orienting panels to face East and West would ensure super cheap electricity during most of daytime. It's high time we convert all large parking lots into solar power plants. It's currently profitable in 10-12 years here in Fce. And the panels will last 20 - 30 years after that.
