My partner calmly explained to me tonight that I don’t need to beat myself up about not outputting creative work (particularly on social media) when the constant barrage of mental pressure to turn ideas into things is overwhelming - and honestly that was really appreciated.

I don’t usually watch horror films because imagery gets stuck in my head easily. But have recently watched some films out of general interest in folklore: Midsommar The Witch Longlegs The Babadook They were all good and I laughed when the Babadook got hit in the head with a cricket ball. The end.
