אני יודעת שזה הולך לגרור תגובת ״וואי סתמי תתחת״ אצל רובכןם, אבל תסמכו עליי: קחו 5 דקות ועשו מתיחות לגוף. לצוואר, לכתפיים, לגב התחתון. זה לא יפסיק את המלחמה אבל המתח שהצטבר שם הולך להכאיב לכןם מאוד ולפחות בזה אפשר ליצור קצת הקלה.
