Some of what makes Philly amazing is the walkable dense neighborhoods that support weird fun small businesses and restaurants. This is a recipe for doubling down on our big advantage. Would also help SEPTA as a bonus

There is a very basic set of principles to fix affordability in US cities: 1. Upzone the city to add supply 2. Invest in social housing 3. Legalize single stair buildings 4. Make permitting quick We are under supplied and need quick solutions that continue as rents drop

Planners and city govts have done a really poor job thus far on recognizing delivery e-bike riders as a legitimate mode and part of the transportation calculus. If we really want to improve "community engagement" this is the first community I would want to engage!
