This is such a fucked up situation. This publisher is clearly abusing the fact that any legal attempts to pursue this would be too expensive to get away with absolute bullshit. :(

It bears repeating that 5calls.org makes it incredibly easy to contact your reps. They give you the phone numbers, a script to read, and a run down of what is happening with each issue. I just called my senators in my pjs half awake and I'll probably do it some more later
