Saw Wilco last night in Paris. A few observations: - Jeff Tweedy is one of the most gifted songwriters around. -Nels Cline has transcended the boundaries of "rock" guitar. - Pat Sansone has this "quiet virtuoso" vibe, it's amazing - Incredibly tight band and still, loose and noisy. Perfect balance.
