Thanks to Trump's disastrous USDA cuts, DMV food banks have lost 1.4 MILLION meals and food banks nationally are struggling to meet growing demand. There's nothing "efficient" about taking food from people in need. It's just more cruelty from Trump and his cabinet of billionaires.
