The earliest appointment at the OMV is over a month away. I typically don't like paying extra fees, but ABC might be worth it here.

Y'all, I just had the most efficient and pleasant visit to the social security office. I was out and on my way back to work 2 minutes after my appointment time. I'm shocked.

I've done several years of Audubon Zoo Sip & Dip, and while it's very expensive, here's why I love it: adults of all ages and races and shapes and sizes giggling and having unselfconscious fun. We need more of that in our lives.

While volunteering at a fancy black tie DC gala, I was thanking and saying good bye to attendees on their way out of the event wearing my required my volunteer t-shirt and jeans. Tim Gunn looked right at me and said "thank you."
