Eating a big breakfast. Going to donate platelets at 11. Dad used to donate blood all the time. He had an immunity to Hep A after a terrible outbreak in the ward he worked in while in the Army in Vietnam. I've never had Hep A, but he passed the immunity on to me. Hope I can help someone in need.
