Is Trump no longer the President? The 14th Amendment says that you can't serve in that role after having "given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. [the Constitution]" constitution.congress.gov/constitution... He pardoned most Jan6 folk and commuted sentences for "seditious conspiracy".
