#ArtistFave15 #MusicChallenge 5. Dead Kennedys - Buzzbomb from Pasadena There are two version of this song. One on 'Plastic Surgery Disasters' (called 'Buzzbomb'), where Jello Biafra plays it straight and this one from 'Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death', where he puts on the 'granny' voice.

#ArtistFave15 #MusicChallenge 6. Dead Kennedys - Moral Majority The 'In God We Trust, Inc.' cover art by Winston Smith perfectly skewers the religious right and their evangelical thirst for the gullible flock's dollar. The Moral Majority were an insidious bunch...not a lot has changed.

#ArtistFave15 #MusicChallenge 9. Dead Kennedys - Terminal Preppie From their 'Plastic Surgery Disasters' album (1982). Jello Biafra claims that this is the Dead Kennedys' best record. It's difficult to argue, particularly as the 1985 CD re-issue included 'In God We Trust, Inc.'.

#ArtistFave15 #MusicChallenge 15. Dead Kennedys - MTV Got Off The Air From their third album, Frankenchrist. Not a big fan of this album or their follow up (Bedtime for Democracy). Their best work can be found in their recordings over the period 1979-1982.
