Real world: - Trump team trying to create a Reichstag moment. - Trump telling military audience that LA is hellhole full of "animals" - Officials in Calif trying both to calm things down, and stand up PUNDIT world: - Is it smart politics? - Is Gavin running? - Doesn't Trump look strong!

Sometimes you do something that isn't really a big deal, but you think to yourself, "Man I am an epic dumbass."

Every state prohibiting RCV (yellow on map) is, unsurprisingly, a red state. They overtly want total control with as little pushback as possible from dissenting voices. More voting options lead to better government, Election Reform is how we get there.

Could someone, anyone, explain why I'm not sleeping hardly at all. What works to put you to sleep?

A candidate for president needs an issue that can galvanize large portions of the populous. Anti-Trump isn't going to win, the same old rhetoric will not create excitement, and far left policies will alienate many key voters. What is an issue that can create this much needed energy come '26 and '28?

I know most people don't care for ambient music, but More Eaze is my new favorite. Mix of instrumental and synth.

CEO pay is up 1,085% since 1978, while typical worker pay is up just 24%.  Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

Can't believe the stupidity of this article. Every industrial endeavor creates waste at least renewal technology has a positve impact during it's existence. So fucking cynical. www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/202...

“Much as I might wish for a better party system, I’m operating with my values in the one that we have, not the one I wish we had. In a different system, I might think and feel differently. We all might. And that is precisely my point.” @leedrutman.bsky.social

This is an excerpt from Javier Marias's brilliant novel a heart so white written in 1992. The date is important as the passage demonstrates online dating anxiety before the Internet age. It's one of my favorite novels.

For those confused by the China tariff news and our "Art of the Deal" President 👇

"It's creepy. But I can make it creepier." - every guy on the internet

This podcast concisely demonstrates a way forward for the US in the form of proportional representation. Give it a listen. open.spotify.com/show/4RLnsgs...

"The group, which seeks...damages, argues that the public backlash prevented the company from pursuing "the aggressive, anti-consumer tactics that it would need to achieve" its earnings goals." do you have a moment to discuss the Good News of dialectical materialism? www.nbcnews.com/business/bus...

This conflict needs more attention. Simply put, it could blow up into a major conflict with one wrong choice or a stupid decision. China borders them both, Russia has interest, as do the US (and we all know our leader will be impotent).

Has anyone done this yet?

Wait til they hear about some of the stuff Jesus said
