There are some that feel bad for him. I am not one of those people. He has talent, he has stats (mostly because his team couldn’t run the ball), but he never showed any leadership. There must be something in the interview process that made the teams interested in him pass on him 2-5 times.

Here is my idea for the next CFP: +12 teams: top 4 champs still get byes, 5th champion gets a home game. +First round is 1 week after championship games. +Re-seed for quarters and semifinals No month layoff for the teams with byes, still rewards conference champions.
